I’m Jesse Rodriguez, the founder and lead dog trainer at NXT Level Canine. My background is rooted in training Military Working Dogs while serving in the United States Air Force. During this time, I was able to hone my skills in training dog teams for both stateside and overseas operations. Now, as a father of two and a devoted dog dad myself, I understand firsthand the importance of having a cooperative and respectful family pet.
Drawing from my extensive experience with high-drive Military Working Dogs, I’ve developed techniques tailored to help every dog owner achieve the same standard of accountability and obedience. At NXT Level Canine, we believe every dog owner deserves to enjoy a positive and fulfilling relationship with their companion.

Say goodbye to the hassle of commuting after a long day of work, we bring the training right to your doorstep! Our convenient in-home training program ensures that you and your dog receive personalized attention and guidance from our experienced trainer.
During each weekly session, our dedicated trainer will work with you and your dog for one hour, focusing on new training tasks and addressing any areas of concern you may have. From basic obedience commands to specialized behavior modification, we cover it all to ensure your dog reaches their full potential.
Upon completing Level 1 training, feel free to join one of our group classes and enjoy your four sessions included with this package. We aim to ensure that everything your dog learns is retained and reinforced for long-term success.

Our Board and Train program at NXT Level Canine provides a highly personalized dog training experience in Temple, Belton, Salado, and across Bell County. Unlike large facilities, we only accept one board and train dog at a time, ensuring your dog receives our full attention, structure, and consistent guidance every day.
Your dog lives and trains in a real home environment, allowing us to build reliable obedience and address behaviors like leash pulling, jumping, reactivity, and poor manners in a way that carries over into your daily life. This immersive approach creates confident, cooperative companions with results that last.
Every program includes go-home lessons, follow-up sessions, and access to group classes so you can confidently maintain your dog’s training long term.
